What items are returnable? 

What about the 60-day money back guarantee? 

Our 60-day money back guarantee means that you can try our undies and return them if they don't work as promised. This applies to one pair of underwear only. If you are returning under our 60-day money back guarantee due to faulty underwear, or the underwear not working as promised, please let us know the fault you experienced in the notes and we will process this ASAP. You can also choose to add any images if you wish.

What items are non-refundable?

Can the items be exchanged?

Yes. Please submit an exchange through the returns centre and you will receive further information on the exchange process.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, please refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. This time can vary depending on your bank.
